Bible Reader Free is an easy-to-use Bible viewer application for Mac OS X.

 

Where do the Translations go?

Designed with the user in mind, Bible Reader Free allows you to access the Bible quickly, change the view of the text to your own taste and display multiple passages simultaneously. The built-in search facility will look up keywords across all, or select parts of the Bible.

Bible Reader Free also contains Swaps, a user-definable list of words or phrases that will replace matched words in the text: change the “thee”s and thou”s to “you”s and “your”s!

Create Notes for sharing or future study. Copy passages of text into your word processor, intelligently formatted, with one keystroke.

Bible Translations

Translations currently available: King James, Basic Bible English, Strong’s, American Standard Version, Darby, Websters and Youngs.
